PLEASE TALK TO US ABOUT YOUR COMMISSION BEFORE PAYMENT As well as before we start working, so we know what we will be working with and who we will be making this for.

COMMISSION WILL NOT START UNTIL FULL PAYMENT OR HALF PAYMENT! Client can send the other half after the finished product.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT NFT RELATED COMMISSIONS! We don't accept NFTs as a commission and as payment. Our art isn't meant for NFTs or Cryptocurrency. You have no right to use our art for them.

MODELS AND ART CAN BE FOR COMMERCIAL USE! Clients are free to put their commissioned work (our art) for commercial use!

PLEASE BE PATIENT! There are many instances where we get preoccupied and really busy whether it's about another commission, work/school, or other personal needs. So please be patient with us.

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE/CANCEL YOUR ORDER! If we feel uncomfortable drawing it or you've proven to be troublesome in any way. We will not hesitate to turn down your commission.

WE WILL KEEP IN TOUCH WITH YOU TO SHOW PROGRESS OF YOUR COMMISSION! Because we will need your confirmation if we drew your chosen character/s correctly and to prove progress is being made.

CLIENTS WILL RECEIVE THE FINISHED PRODUCT VIA EMAIL OR DRIVE! This this does not include the .cmo3 file in case of additional rigging or bugs of the model.

CLIENT MUST PROVIDE REFERENCES OF THEIR MODEL WHEN COMMISSIONING A READY TO RIG MODEL! We do not want to spend too much time designing one ourselves. So please ready a full body or half body reference of your character so that we can go straight to creating the model.

DESIGN REVISIONS CAN BE ASKED AND CHANGED IN SKETCH STAGES AND DRAFTS Any revisions after that WILL NOT BE PROCESSED! But smaller revisions can be made to ensure that the best results can be given to you. Don't be afraid to communicate if something does not sit well with you about the art.

PRICES WILL ADJUST DEPENDING ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE MODEL! Based on the amount of parts being drawn and rigged.

REQUIRES CREDIT TO BE CLEARLY WRITTEN IN AN EASY TO SEE PLACE! Credits must be written on Twitter/Instagram/facebook/discord or any of the following socials' bio where our names are easily shown.

MODEL MUST ALREADY BE READY TO RIG! When commissioning to have your model rigged, please note that we will not separate and cut the parts of your model for you. Please provide a PSD file of a Ready To Rig model and not a PNG/JPEG, otherwise we will turn down your commission.

YOU MAY SET A DEADLINE IF YOU WISH! But it must be a reasonable amount of time and there will be an extra fee for it.

WE HAVE RIGHTS OF THE ART WE WORK ON! So we may post the progress or the final product and display it on our portfolios, etc.

PRIVACY FEE! There will be no posts of WIPs, sneak peeks, or live streams of your vtuber commission until client's debut or model reveal. There will be a 20% fee if privacy fee is applied.
